Low noise air-cooled split cassette units are specially designed for installation aboard vessels. They can be placed in meeting room or other separated area. Four way air flow which can uniform temperature distribution in the room. The cassette indoor unit can be installed in a limit ceiling (The minimum thickness 260mm). Customized design. Outdoor unit with SS316L casing are built on a rigid steel frame.
Compressor
High efficient hermetic DANFOSS or COPELAND scroll type as standard selected.
Evaporator & Condenser
Multi-pass crossed fin tube coil is standard. A washable filter placed in front of the evaporator. Professional software coil design, DX cooling coils shall be ARI certified and constructed of seamless copper tubing mechanically expanded to the aluminum fins or cooper fins. Blygold coating or E-coating as optional to protect aluminum fin or copper fin during long term exposed in marine environment.
“C” type evaporator reduced the possibility of system leak. Improved the heat exchanging efficiency and reduced the wind resistance.
Centrifugal fan – quiet, efficient
Centrifugal fan designed with streamline and big diameter turbine. The ventilator wheel is processed to sine strip seam, which enhances its flexibility and drops the vibration of ventilator during revolving in large scale, simultaneously reduced the motor noise caused by ventilator swinging.
Drainage
High lift built-in water drained pump (750mm), easy to plan the condensate drained pipe. Float switch inside to prevent from leaking. The water remain in the tray is easy to be drained out.
